Our pledge to you is that The Non-Typical Ranch will offer for sale only the healthiest animals we can provide, at a fair price.  This is true whether you are interested in a shooter buck, breeder buck, stocker does, semen or any other combination of animals.

The Non-Typical breeding program is based on a solid genetic foundation that will continue to provide quality animals for years to come.

We offer animals that are no greater than one-half northern genetics.  This allows us to capitalize on the body size and mass available from northern sires coupled with the proven resiliency of Texas genetics.
