Welcome to The Non-Typical Ranch!

The Non-Typical Ranch is beginning its second year of operation under new ownership and we are looking forward to continuing to offer a first class experience for all of our guests to the ranch.  From the over 5,000 square foot lodge to our hunting operation, we are striving to live up to our name  and truly be “Not your Typical Ranch.”

The Ranch:  Located about 30 mi. North of San Angelo and an hour South of Abilene, TX the ranch is comprised of over 2,300 acres of rolling hills, thick cedar & mesquite flats and well managed wildlife food plots.

Hunting:  Not your typical high fence hunting operation!  Intensive management, rugged terrain and a commitment to each hunter combine to create anything but your typical hunting experience.

Breeding:  Not your typical pedigrees!  By concentrating our efforts on animals that produce as opposed to the “breeder of the month” style of breeding, The Non-Typical Ranch can fulfill all of your breeding and stocking needs!
