THE NON-TYPICAL RANCH HAS A NEW OWNER!

Kevin and Kara Love sold the Ranch in late March to a company affiliated with Birdsong Peanuts.  Birdsong has been in business for nearly 100 years and is working hard to create a first class experience for all guests at the Ranch.  Renovations to the Lodge are underway and exotics are being added for hunting. 

The Ranch:  Located about 30 mi. North of San Angelo and an hour South of Abilene, TX the ranch is comprised of over 2,300 acres of rolling hills, thick cedar & mesquite flats and well managed wildlife food plots.

Hunting:  Managed fair-chase hunts like no other!  Superior genetics, intense management and as rugged of terrain as anywhere in Texas  create a truly Non-Typical hunting experience!

Breeding:  Combining the best genetics available in the market to create deer with unrivaled pedigrees and antlers on their head is what we’re all about!
